U-CRETE Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) Blocks are an excellent building material because of its outstanding thermal properties and superior fire resistance. U-CRETE blocks. U-CRETE is manufactured through a reaction of aluminum on a proportionate blend of lime, cement and fly ash. During this process, the hydrogen gas that escapes creates millions of tiny air cells, rendering U-CRETE with a strong cellular structure. This is further strengthened by high pressure steam in autoclaves. The product thus formed is not only light weight but also has higher compressive strength

ACC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete blocks) are globally accepted substitute for conventional masonry. Made of fly ash, limestone and Cement, these blocks possess compressive strength. They are eco-friendly, save cost and time and have host of other benefits such as:

Reduction in cement consumption for mortar in masonry joints is 0.3 Cub. mtr. for clay bricks verses 0.04 Cub. mtr. for ACC Blocks i.e., 80% saving in cement and sand.

Only 10-12 mm thick plaster is required as compared to 25 mm for clay bricks i.e., 50% savings in cement and sand.
